Fare and Membership Rises

Members agreed our proposal to increase fares and annual membership fee at our AGM last month. This is the first rise in fares since 2019 and will come into effect from January 2025. Since 2019, our operational costs have increased, and this rise reflects the need for financial health whilst still ensuring the affordability of the service for our members. However, our Hardship Policy is still in place for those who may not cope with the increases. Please give our office a ring if this applies to you.
